By registering, accessing or using MidCareer, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you should not register or use the platform.

The availability of services may differ according to country, user category and application version.
MidCareer acts as a technology platform and is not automatically the employer, recruitment agency or contractual representative of every organization using the service.
Where regulated recruitment or placement services are provided, they are subject to applicable licensing requirements and any additional terms disclosed to users.
3. Eligibility and Registration
Users must be at least 18 years old or the legal age required to enter into applicable agreements in their jurisdiction, unless an expressly authorized supervised service is made available.
Users agree to:
- Register using accurate and truthful information.
- Maintain one authentic personal identity.
- Keep their profile reasonably updated.
- Protect their account credentials.
- Avoid impersonating another individual.
- Provide genuine academic and professional information.
MidCareer may request appropriate verification before enabling certain services.
The platform may suspend or restrict accounts reasonably suspected of fraud, identity misuse or serious violations of these Terms.
4. Ownership and Control of Career Profiles
Your professional identity belongs to you.
You retain ownership of your résumé content, employment history, qualifications, portfolio and other original information you submit.
By uploading information, you grant the platform a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, process, display and transmit that information only as necessary to provide authorized services.
Your personal profile is not automatically public.
You may control the visibility of available profile information through platform settings, subject to limited processing required to operate your account.
MidCareer will not authorize the sale of candidate profiles or identity documents to data brokers.
Employers and recruitment partners may access candidate information only through authorized platform functions and permissions.
5. Career Identity Number (CIN)
MidCareer may assign users a unique Career Identity Number, known as a CIN.
A CIN is a platform identifier intended to link an individual to their professional record and supported verification results.
A CIN:
- Does not replace a government-issued identity document.
- Does not guarantee employment or professional competence.
- Does not mean every statement in a user's profile has been independently verified.
- May support controlled verification and career-history continuity.
Verification indicators must reflect the actual checks completed.
MidCareer may suspend, replace or revoke a CIN where fraud, duplication, security risks or correction of records requires it.
6. Educational and Professional Verification
Users may request or authorize verification of educational qualifications, professional certifications, employment history, references or other career information.
Such verification may involve universities, colleges, TVET institutions, training organizations, professional bodies, former employers and authorized verification providers.
Where required by law, users will receive additional information or be asked to provide consent before their records are shared.
A verified status confirms only the particular information or credential actually checked.
MidCareer does not guarantee that an institution or organization will respond to a verification request.
Any verification charges must be clearly disclosed before users commit to a paid service.
7. Job Applications and Employer Relationships
Users may voluntarily apply for positions through the platform.
Employers remain responsible for their recruitment decisions, employment agreements, compensation arrangements and compliance with applicable employment laws.
MidCareer does not guarantee:
- Job offers.
- Employment interviews.
- Visa approvals or work permits.
- Acceptance by employers.
- Any particular salary.
- Employment continuity.
Employers and recruitment partners must not misrepresent vacancies, demand unauthorized candidate fees or misuse applicant information.
MidCareer may investigate and remove suspicious opportunities.
8. International Employment Opportunities
International job opportunities may be subject to immigration, professional licensing, work authorization, language, education and local employment requirements.
Candidates are responsible for providing truthful information and satisfying applicable legal requirements.
MidCareer may provide general information about international employment but does not provide immigration or legal representation unless expressly agreed through a qualified provider.
Users should verify all official immigration and employment requirements before making travel or financial commitments.
9. AI-Assisted Career Services
MidCareer may provide AI-generated résumé suggestions, career recommendations, interview preparation, professional development guidance and job-matching assistance.
Users acknowledge that AI-generated results can contain errors or incomplete information.
Users remain responsible for reviewing and approving information submitted on their behalf.
MidCareer must not knowingly fabricate qualifications, work experience, references or employment achievements.
Any automated applications or externally submitted documents must be governed by the permissions granted by the user.
Where required by applicable law, users will receive information about significant automated decisions and available human-review rights.
10. Certifications, Seminars and Learning
The platform may provide access to training, certifications, seminars, assessments and professional development programmes.
Some programmes may be administered by independent educational or certification providers.
Participation does not automatically guarantee certification, professional licensing or employment.
Any applicable fees, refund policies and certification requirements must be disclosed before purchase.
11. Payments and Candidate Fees
Creating a standard candidate account and accessing ordinary job listings are intended to be free for individual candidates.
MidCareer will not charge candidates a fee merely to be selected for a job unless such a charge is expressly lawful, separately disclosed and permitted under applicable regulations.
Optional educational programmes, certifications or other independently purchased services may carry separately disclosed charges.
Employers and authorized business customers may be charged for business services under separate agreements.
12. Privacy and Confidentiality
Personal information is processed according to the MidCareer Privacy Policy.
Users must not collect, copy, disclose, sell or distribute another person's information without a valid legal basis and required authorization.
Employers and recruitment partners must use applicant information solely for legitimate, authorized employment-related purposes.
Unauthorized scraping, bulk downloading or resale of candidate information is prohibited.
13. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not:
- Create fraudulent profiles or credentials.
- Post fake employment opportunities.
- Impersonate employers or candidates.
- Request unlawful recruitment payments.
- Harass, threaten or discriminate against other users.
- Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access.
- Scrape platform data or bypass security restrictions.
- Use personal information for unauthorized marketing.
- Misuse identification documents.
- Submit misleading or fabricated AI-generated credentials.
14. Account Suspension and Termination
MidCareer may restrict or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or serious policy violations.
Where appropriate, users may be notified and given an opportunity to appeal.
Users may request deletion of their accounts through the designated account deletion function.
Deletion is managed under the Account and Data Deletion Policy and applicable legal retention requirements.
15. Intellectual Property
MidCareer's software, trademarks, platform design and proprietary technology belong to the applicable rights holders within ERP Tohama Group or its licensors.
Users may not reproduce or commercially exploit platform technology without authorization.
Users retain rights to their original career information and other user-generated content.
16. Service Availability
MidCareer aims to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Services may be modified, temporarily unavailable or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons.
Material changes affecting users will be communicated where reasonably practicable.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MidCareer is not responsible for independent employer recruitment decisions, inaccurate information supplied by third parties or employment outcomes beyond its control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from intentional misconduct, gross negligence or applicable statutory consumer protections.
18. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in technology, services or applicable legal requirements.
Material changes will be communicated through the application, website or appropriate notifications.
Where legally required, renewed consent will be obtained.
