Career Identity Card
Show That Your Profile Is Verified.
Your Career Identity Card is in the app. It displays your Career Identity Number (CIN) and a QR code, so an employer or other person can check that your identity is valid and see the verification information you have chosen to share.
Show it to an employer to demonstrate that your identity, qualifications and references have been verified, so you do not have to arrange the same checks again for every application. Your passport, certificates and other private documents are not exposed.
The card reflects only the checks that have actually been completed. A CIN does not replace a government-issued ID and does not guarantee employment. Learn how the card works.

What is the Career Identity Card?
It is a digital card in the app that shows your Career Identity Number (CIN) and a QR code. Someone you show it to can check that the CIN is valid and see the verification status you have chosen to share, without seeing your private documents. It reflects only the checks actually completed, and a CIN does not replace a government-issued ID or guarantee employment.
Which phones does the app work on?
MidCareer is available for iPhone from the App Store and for Android phones from Google Play.
Do I need the app to use this website?
No. This website is open to everyone and explains how MidCareer works. Your profile, Career Identity and applications live in the app.
Is my profile public?
No. A candidate profile is not publicly searchable by default. You choose what employers can see. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
Is there a charge to join?
Creating a standard candidate account and accessing ordinary job listings are intended to be free for individual candidates. Optional programmes or services may be charged separately and are disclosed before you commit.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. You can delete your account from the app, or use the account deletion request page on this website without signing in.
